A look at our research

Quantitative research

Telephone interviews are carried out by our call center in Milan, with the constant supervision of the field manager and the project manager, using CATI technology (Computer Aided Telephone Interviews).

Our interviewing team has gained a considerable experience in B2B surveys in a wide range of sectors (agriculture, automotive, chemicals, construction, plant engineering, IT and telecommunications and much more).

For web interviews we rely on national and international panel providers that allow us to reach consumer targets of almost any type. Questionnaire programming is done internally.

All quantitative studies are conducted using the IdSurvey platform produced by IdWeb. The CATI, CAPI and CAWI modules allow us to plan even very complex questionnaires and to include multimedia content where necessary.

For international studies we often use the software supplied by our clients so our interviewers have gained excellent experience on various platforms.

We collaborate with several interviewers and moderators with a wide range of skills and proven experience for qualitative research.

Recruitment of respondents is conducted internally or entrusted to specialized professionals, always with the utmost attention and the utmost care: we know that it is a fundamental aspect of research!

Interviews can be conducted by phone, with a teleconferencing software, in a central location, at the interviewee’s office, studio or home.

The focus groups can be conducted either in the classic facility with one-way mirror and audio / video recording or on a videoconferencing platform that allows sharing of images and multimedia contents with audio-video recording.

We are in contact with facilities and recruiters in all the major Italian cities, therefore we can organize focus groups where needed.
